Namaskarams !

It is heartening to note that the birth of "Sri Nandana " Tamil New Year brought in spurt of activities of our various Chennai District Units. Many of the Units vied with each other in bringing out the Panchangam and suitably organising functions for the same there by all the local people were invited and Panchangam distributed.

As usual the mega Panchangam release function of Mandaveli Unit stole the show with more than 700 people who have assembled to hear the New Year message. Shri Jayaraman and Shri Subramani deserves a special word of praise, for this year the Unit had to go in for Closed Circuit TV also to cover the event, as people assembled in ground floor and first floor (where the function was held)

This year our Retteri Unit joined the mega band by Inviting Srhi Bharadwaja Swamigal who hasl very kindly accepted to release the Panchangam and blessed the gathering.

Besides Perambur, Ayanavaram, Choolaimedu, Besant Nagar and Adyar others also joined in in organizing such functions.Kudos to ALL OF YOU in keeping up with the tradition of our glorious past and in touch with the community in serving them better.
